Supported regions and availability

Applies to: Claude web, desktop, and mobile consumer products; Claude API (check each source separately)

Claude consumer products and the Claude API have separate official region information. Use Anthropic’s current pages for availability; IPVeya does not maintain a region list. Geolocation derived from an IP address is only a network-location reference. It cannot prove a person’s actual location, identity, account eligibility, or compliance with terms.

Usage Policy and terms

Applies to: Claude consumer products; Claude API, Claude for Work, and commercial use (under the applicable terms)

The Usage Policy describes permitted and prohibited uses and related requirements. Individual consumer use and commercial/API use may be governed by different terms; consult the document that matches the product, plan, and use. This page is a navigation aid, not legal advice, and does not present unpublished enforcement details as official rules.

Account warnings, suspensions, and appeals

Applies to: Safeguards warnings and appeals for Claude consumer accounts; not an API organization-status check

Anthropic’s Help Center describes safeguards warnings and its appeal route. If you believe an account was disabled in error, follow the official instructions to sign in to Claude and use the appeal form. Access and available steps depend on the account and current official guidance. An IP risk score, proxy/VPN/Tor signal, or single region is not equivalent to a finding of account violation or a suspension reason. IPVeya cannot access account status or internal decisions.

Exporting or deleting account data

Applies to: Claude consumer web/desktop accounts; Team/Enterprise options may depend on organization settings

Anthropic’s Help Center documents data export and account deletion separately. Export options may differ for individual plans, Team/Enterprise organization settings, and platform. Account deletion is a separate action and may be irreversible. Data actions for suspended accounts can depend on account type and suspension circumstances; check the official instructions instead of assuming one flow applies to everyone.

Subscriptions, payments, and billing

Applies to: Claude consumer subscriptions purchased on the web; mobile subscriptions are managed through the applicable app store

Anthropic’s Help Center provides billing, payment, and subscription-management instructions for consumer paid plans. Web subscriptions and subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play may use different management routes. Prices, payment methods, and plan availability can change by region, platform, and over time; check the account billing page and current official guidance.

API, rate limits, errors, and service status

Applies to: Claude API and developer Console; the status page covers public Claude service incidents

Claude API documentation, API rate limits, and error guidance are for developers using the API; they are separate from consumer account rules. API limits can vary by organization and usage tier. Troubleshoot requests using the response details and the current Console configuration. Claude’s status page lists public service incidents and does not determine an individual account’s access or eligibility.
